the process...
i. consultation - our consultations are designed to provide each client with the time and attention to capture the vision of how you want to present your occasion through paper. we will talk about the details, peruse paper for color, textures and patterns. if we need to embellish with a trinket, ribbon, belly belt or an invitation box we will, whatever you can envision we will help you reach your final paper destination...the consult is for you.
ii. quote - once you have selected your papers and we have gathered the details, we will provide you a quote of your selected pieces inclusive of the printing process chosen.
iii. design - we will bring your ideas, vision and ceremony to life through paper using a variety of lettering, ink color, design elements and detail.
iv. proof - this is your opportunity to review for content and particulars. a softcopy of the design will be sent via email and once the design is approved, one sample will be provided (inquire regarding samples).
v. production - flat printing, thermography, letterpress, foil, acrylic and laser cut is available. the printing production time varies depending on the selected printing process. assembly - we offer assembly (layering, belly bands, ribbon & etc.)
vi. delivery - we will deliver or ship your wedding papers to you.
CANCELLATION - in the event of cancellation, ink to paper ('itp") (a livilin personal stationery co. ("lps") reserves the right to retain the full payment. RETURNS|REFUNDS - due to the creative nature of your papers and essentials, all sales are final.PRIVACY POLICY - itp|lps appreciates you, your business and respects your privacy. we will do our best to protect your personal information and that your event details are not disclosed prior to your celebration. DISCLAIMER - itp|lps reserves the right to use pieces from your order for advertising, marketing and display purposes. BRAND - itp|lps reserves the right to brand stationery pieces, note cards, wedding paper essentials, occasion papers and etc. with our logo.
